About

Started out bartending in New York City. It turned out to be better preparation for tech than I expected. Reading a room, staying composed under pressure, solving problems on the fly. Those habits carry. I taught myself to code around 2020, started taking on freelance clients, and eventually enrolled at UNO to get a proper CS foundation. A senior now in my last semester, GPA 3.7 (3.9 in major). Lately I've been pointing that engineering background at security: reverse engineering in Ghidra and digital forensics as an NSF REU fellow at VCU's SAFE Lab. Outside of class and the lab I am usually running, cooking, or at the chess board. I will never turn down a game.
